Agile

Definition of Done and Definition of Ready

Role: Graphics Designer

Date: 2018

Description:

This project was presented to me to provide an experience to trainees learning, or to serve as a reminder of, the Agile process. It was to be provided with two definitions: the definition of done and the definition of ready.

Obstacle:

To provide extensive information on what was suggested to be a 5” x 7” postcard. I was concerned the information required would become illegible and to dense to read, which is not ideal for learning. My goal is to design the information in a format that is an efficient and memorable experience.

Conception:

I conceptualized having a fold out pamphlet which provided more space for information while still being conveniently portable. This makes the learning experience more interactive, therefore memorable. I developed the honeycomb design because it provided the required number of steps in the Agile process.

 Deliverable:

An interactive, fold out pamphlet describing the two definitions of Agile in a honeycomb pattern.
